This Contract Is A Works Contract. --- This Contract Is A Single-Contractor Framework Agreement Which Aims To Repair Degraded Pavements By Pms (Pavement Management System) Program On The Structuring Road Network Managed By The Namur Roads Department. It Extends According To The Divisions On The Structuring Road Districts Of Bouge, Spy And Philippeville.--- The Required Services Are The Subject Of Orders Placed By The Adjudicating Authority, According To Its Needs, And Following The Terms Of This Special Specifications.--- The Minimum Amount Of All Orders In The Market Is Set At €2,000,000 Excluding Vat For The Total Duration Of The Market.
