This includes the reinstatement of road markings after each site has been resealed. Binder used for resealing shall be emulsion. BDC have a KPI to reseal approx. 5.8% of the network which equates to approx. 18.5km annually. However, the actual length will vary and is dependent on road width and available budget. BDC have decided to bring work forward and complete the 3-year reseal programme in 2 years. Note that the quantities included in the Schedule of Prices are estimates only and will be used for the purposes of evaluating tenders. Actual final quantities will differ. The contract period will be for a term of 2 years. Note that the programme has been developed so that sites are grouped together geographically.
