Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Training Facilities and Catering Services for Capacity Building Workshops for Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (Msmes) to Improve Access to Finance Pre-Workshop Preparation: Secure and prepare the training venues. Ensure stable electricity and water supply. Provide and set up projectors, screens, and sound systems. Supply necessary training aids such as whiteboards, flip charts, markers, and stationery. Workshop Execution: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the venue throughout the workshop. Ensure continuous availability of internet and other necessary connections. Catering Services Meal Planning and meal services- Plan and prepare meals according to training schedule (Water, Snacks and lunch).- Cater to dietary restrictions and preferences of participants. Interested consultancy firms with: Proven experience in managing MSME training workshops. Proven working experience in event planning and design, venue selection and management, supplier and vendor management, budget management and attendee engagement for MSME workshops.
