The Subject Scope Of The Award In This Order Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1 - Preparation Of An Investment Project In Phase Technical Project For Site: Renovation, Major Repair, Improvement And Introduction Of Energy Efficiency Measures In The Yan Bibiyan Dg In The Town Of Kardzhali ”; Activity 2 - Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works /Smr/ Of A Site: Renovation, Major Repair, Improvement And Introduction Of Energy Efficiency Measures In The Yan Bibiyan Dg In The Town Of Kardzhali; Activity 3 - Carrying Out Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works Of A Site: Renovation, Major Repair, Improvement And Introduction Of Energy Efficiency Measures In The Yan Bibiyan Dg In The Town Of Kardzhali. Full Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Implementation Of The Activities Included In The Subject Of This Public Procurement Are Contained In The Technical Specification. ​​​​​​​​When Developing The Investment Project, The Principle Of Doing No Significant Harm Should Be Observed According To Regulation (Eu) 2021/241 On The Establishment Of A Recovery And Sustainability Mechanism. The Construction And Assembly Works (Smr) Will Be Carried Out In The Conditions Of A Working Kindergarten, Including And During The Implementation Of An Educational Process. The Organization Of Implementation Of Smr Should Be Tailored To The Specified Circumstance And To The Specifics Of The Site. The Participants In The Present Procedure Should Bear In Mind The Fact That The Educational Process Should Not Be Disturbed During The Implementation Of The Envisaged Smp. The Implementation Of The Installations /Replacement Of The Existing Ones And Making Of New Ones/ Should Be Implemented In Such A Way As Not To Interrupt The Functioning Of The Childrens Institution. The Contractor Will Exercise Authors Supervision During The Construction, According To The Approved Investment Project And The Applicable Regulations, By Means Of The Designers Of The Individual Parts Of The Project Or Persons Authorized By Them, Provided That The Authorized Persons Have Qualifications Corresponding To The Minimum Requirements Laid Down In The Procedure.
