Through assessment, we aim to: · Measure effectiveness, efficiency, outcomes the training funded by SDF the past five at trainees, company, training institution levels. · Assess overall impacts the projects, including contribution overall competitiveness, changes perception towards Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET), improvement living standards program graduates, community contributions. · Identify lessons learned future enhancement the development initiatives provide recommendations relevant stakeholders.
