Tenders are invited for Consulting Firm Tracer Studies of Trainee Graduated from Awarded Training Projects under the Output 3 of S4C Project The general objective of this assignment is to verify the KPIs (Annex 2: Key Performance Indicators and Definition of KPIs) and to collect feedback from the graduated trainees of training projects financed by the SDF under Output 3 of the S4C project. The specific objectives are: i) To verify the KPIs of the graduated trainees for pre-employment, upskilling, and reskilling training projects. ii) To collect and analyze feedback from the graduated trainees and employers on the training providers (schools) and training programs.
