The Work To Be Designed And Carried Out Concerns: Renovation Of Catering Premises In 2 Buildings: Building 11: Storage, Production, Distribution And Changing Rooms Building 12: Catering Rooms For Students And Guests This Renovation Concerns: -The Restructuring Of The Areas Storage And Production -Redevelopment Of The Distribution Area To Increase The Fluidity Of Self-Service Passage; -The Extension Of The Student Dining Room To Increase The Number Of Seats And Improve The Turnover Rate; -The Repositioning Of The Dining Room For Guests To Allow Self-Service Operation Using Distribution Furniture Located In The Room And Easy To Restock As Needed; -New Locker Rooms For Kitchen And General Service Workers: Common Locker Rooms For Catering And General Service Workers, Twenty Agents 2/3 Women And 1/3 Men, Agent Room Near The Locker Rooms -The Repositioning Of The Dishwasher To Avoid Crossing Flows -Replacement Of Obsolete Equipment -Structural Repairs Of Buildings. The Share Of The Financial Envelope Allocated To The Work By The Project Owner Amounts To 3,000,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Successful Bidder Will Be Entrusted With A Basic Mission (Including Ssi Mission) Supplemented By: Inventory With Survey Of Existing Premises (Partial Diag) And Quantitative Measurements (Partial Exe), And Additional Assistance Missions: Relocation Of Premises Linked To The Work , Summer Comfort Analysis With Thermodynamic Simulation, Energy Monitoring And Energy Saving Certificates And Energy Study Within The Framework Of Thermal Regulations.
