1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Catering Equipment For Nutrition Points In The Facilities Of Uzdrowisko Kołobrzeg S.A. In Kołobrzeg, In Accordance With Annex No. 1 2. Detailed Description And Delivery Conditions Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To This Specification.3. The Supplied Equipment Should Be Brand New And Equipped With Appropriate Approvals And Certificates, And Should Meet The Technical And Operational Parameters Described In The Product Specifications Included In Annex 1 To This Specification. Each Device Should Be Accompanied By An Operating Manual In Polish And A Warranty Card.4. The Delivery Includes The Delivery Of The Ordered Equipment By The Contractors Transport To The Place Of Destination, Installation Of The Devices At The Workplace, Connecting The Devices To Appropriate Networks And Their Commissioning, As Well As Conducting Two Training Sessions For The Staff Employed In Two Shifts Operating The Devices.5. Response Time To Possible Failures: Maximum 3 Hours During The Warranty Period.6. In The Event Of Longer Failures Exceeding 2 Days, Providing A Replacement Device With The Same Functionalities.7. Regular Mandatory Service Inspections At Least Once A Month From The Final Delivery Report Confirmed In The Inspection Book.8. Mandatory Familiarization With The Technical Possibilities Of Connecting Devices In The Indicated Facility Before Submitting An Offer.9. Familiarization With The Organization Of The Kitchen With Written Confirmation - Visual Assessment By September 9, 2024 At The Nutrition Point - Local Vision.10. The Warranty And Warranty Period For The Delivered Equipment Is Not Less Than 3 Years.
