The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Utility Equipment For Residential Rooms And Conference Room A In Building No. 40 Located On The Premises Of The Police Training Center In Legionowo And The Additional Equipment Of Social Rooms On The Premises Of The Police Training Center In Legionowo And Sułkowice.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 4 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.4. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor.5. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz).6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Essential Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.7. Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Act, The Ordering Party May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Awarded To It.8. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Total Value Of The Order May Not Exceed Its Financial Resources.9. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Office At The Contractors Expense On A Business Day After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Partys Coordinator. The Contractor Will Unload In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party, On The Date Proposed In The Offer, No Later Than October 31, 2024 - The Delivery Date Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria.
