Notice of Information (Advance Notice) (NOI) for Sh29 Omanawa Bridge Replacement - Construction - Market Sounding Session - Teams Call Invitation Open Date: Wednesday, 4 September 2024 10:00 AM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+12:00) Close Date: Friday, 6 September 2024 1:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+12:00) Tender Type: Notice of Information (Advance Notice) (NOI) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Bay of Plenty Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) is inviting construction contractors with NZTA Prequalification Levels 3A (Bridge Construction ) and 4A (Construction), who are interested in being shortlisted to participate in a collaborative design with our bridge designer and submit a tender for construction in the SH29 Omanawa Bridge Replacement project, to attend a Market Sounding session. The online meeting will be held via Teams, on 1:30 pm on Monday 9 September. If you would like to attend, please respond with your name and email address for the Teams link to be sent to by 1:00 pm on Friday 6 September 2024 [email protected] The Registration of Interest (ROI) will be advertised on GETS in mid to late September. Not participating in the Market Sounding does not preclude a supplier from participating in the ROI. NZTA reserves the right to withdraw from the procurement process at any time without notice before entering into a Contract(s). If NZTA withdraws from the procurement process, then no ROI respondent shall have any claim for compensation or otherwise against NZTA.
