The Board Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia, ¿Owner¿, On Behalf Of Georgia State University ¿Using Agency¿, Is Soliciting Statements Of Qualifications From Firms Interested In Providing Contractor Services For The Project Known As Project No. C007-069-24 Clarkston Campus Building Cg Replace Hvac System. The Request For Qualifications (Rfq) Seeks To Identify The Most Qualified Potential Providers Of The Above-Mentioned Services. Firms Determined By The Owner To Be The Most Qualified For This Project, Will Be Invited To Offer Competitive Sealed Bids For These Services. All Respondents To This Rfq Are Subject To Instructions Communicated In This Document And Additional Terms And Conditions Listed In The Owner¿S Request For Qualifications / Request For Competitive Sealed Bids (Rfq/Rfp). The Bor Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Statements Of Qualifications Or Proposals, And To Waive Technicalities And Informalities At The Discretion Of The Board Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia.Scope Of Work Shall Include But Not Be Limited To The Following:Replace Existing Chilled Water Air Handling Units Hanging Inside The Gymnasium With Rooftop-Mounted Air Handling Units, Served By Existing Air-Cooled Chiller And Heating Hot Water Boiler Systems. Project Scope To Include New Ductwork, Piping, And Controls Associated With The Air Handling Units As Well As Associated Architectural, Structural, And Electrical Improvements To Support The New Air Handling Units. Phasing Of Work May Be Required As The Gymnasium Must Remain Conditioned Throughout Construction.
