The New Building, In Which Activities In The Field Of Culture Will Be Carried Out, Will Increase Youth And Self-Made Activity. The Improved And Modernized User Conditions Will Lead To Ensuring Social Inclusion So That The Building Can Fulfill Its Role As A Cultural Center As Effectively As Possible. The Implementation Of The Investment Initiative Will Create Modern Conditions For The Development Of Cultural Activities On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Karlovo And Will Contribute To Increasing The Quality Of Life Of The Residents As A Whole.
