The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In Performing The Duties Of A Construction Supervision Inspector As Part Of Investor Supervision Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended) Over Construction Works Performed As Part Of Post-Consolidation Development Works In The Scope Covered By Projects Regarding Consolidation Of Land Located In The Jarosław District, Implemented Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020.2. Construction Works Subject To Supervision Under This Order Include: 1) Construction Or Reconstruction Of Agricultural Transport Roads In The Post-Consolidation Development Process; 2) Adaptation Of Newly Designated Plots To Undertake Rational Agrotechnical Works On Them, Including The Removal Of Unnecessary Balks, Reclamation, Anti-Erosion Protection; 3) Construction And Reconstruction Of Culverts On Agricultural Transport Roads And Access Roads To The Farm Buildings Of Participants In The Consolidation Proceedings, Together With The Necessary Preparatory Work, Including The Installation Of Bridge Culverts; 4) Correction Of Water Drainage Facilities (Route, Location And Improvement Of Their Technical Parameters), Which Are Necessary To Facilitate Development Of Crop Areas.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Scope Of Construction Works Subject To Supervision, Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.4. The Duties Of The Contractor/Investors Supervision Inspector As Part Of The Supervision Will Include In Particular: 1) Representing The Ordering Party On The Construction Site By Exercising Control Over The Compliance Of The Works With The Design And Technical Documentation, The Contract Concluded With The Contractor, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Applicable Technical Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills; 2) The Number Of Stays Of The Supervision Inspector At The Place Of Work Must Ensure Proper And Effective Supervision Of The Progress Of The Works And Will Result From Current Needs.
