The Suolahti Swimming Pool Is Being Renovated, The Estimated Gross Area Of ​​Which Is Approx. 1230 Brm² For The 1St And 2Nd Basement Floors, Of Which Approx. 973 Brm² In The 1St Basement Floor And Approx. 257 Brm² In The 2Nd Basement Floor. Gross Area To Be Rebuilt In The Plan Approx. 132 Brm² (New Iv Machine Room). The Details Of The Extent Of The Renovation And Expansion Can Be Found In More Detail In The Site Plans. The Purpose Of The Swimming Pool Renovation Project Is To Carry Out A Cost-Effective, High-Quality, Sustainably Planned Renovation That Solves The Identified Problems, Improves Equality And Takes Into Account Sustainable Development. The Goal Of The Renovation Is To Provide Customers And Staff With Healthy, Safe And Reliable Premises For The Next 30 Years. The Renovation Will Improve The Safety And User Experience Of The Swimming Halls Customers And Support Residents Well-Being And Versatile Recreational Activities In Accordance With The City Strategy. Central To The Project Is Improving The Swimming Halls Energy Efficiency, For Example Regarding Lighting, Waste Heat Recovery And Iv System. In Connection With The Renovation, The Following Contracts Are Tendered: • Construction Contract • Tiling Contract • Wardrobes And Equipment Cabinets For The Pool Area Installed • Ceiling And Interior Cladding Contract • Pipe Contract • Iv Contract • Electrical Contract • Water Treatment • Automation Contract • Cleaning During Construction And Final Cleaning, P2 To Modify The Details Of The Contract Boundaries, Risk Distribution And Implementation Methods And To Ensure The Functionality Of The Implementation Model, The Procurement Unit Hopes Companies Interested In The Contracts To Register In Order To Conduct A More Detailed Market Dialogue Before The Publication Of The Request For Tenders. The Design Of The Site Is Quite Advanced, But Comments Are Welcome On All Parts Of The Contract. In Particular, Regarding The Following Issues, The Procurement Unit Is Interested In The Views Of The Companies In The Field And Is Ready To Modify Its Plans Taking Into Account The Justified Views Of The Companies In The Field: 1. Construction Contract: Risk Sharing, Especially From The Point Of View Of Construction Quality, Contract Sharing Model And Work Management Obligation In Relation To The Customers Work Management And Other Contracts2. Lockers And Equipment Lockers In The Pool Area With Locks And Installed: Things To Consider When Choosing Lockers And Their Locks In Relation To The Purchase Of A Cash Register System, Durable And Functional Locker Options4. Electrical Contract: Contract Limits And Interfaces In Relation To The Electrification Of Water Treatment Systems, The Feasibility Of Pool Area Lighting Plans, The Realization Of Lighting Goals And The Value Of Pool Lighting, Lighting Solutions For Steam Saunas5. Water Treatment: Possible Solutions To Cut Costs, Clarifying The Work By Improving Scheduling, Other Possible Ways To Clarify The Work6. Automation Contract: Contract Boundaries And Interfaces In Relation To The Automation Of Water Treatment Systems, Complementarity, Parallelism And Overlap Of Home Automation And Water Treatment System Automation The Call For Tenders For The Renovation Is To Be Published During September, So Companies Interested In Market Dialogue Are Asked To Register Or Send Their Comments By Email To [email protected] No Later Than 9 September 2024 At By 9:00.
