Elering As Installs New Capacitive Voltage Transformers At The Tartu 110Kv Substation And Procures The Necessary Works For This. The Installation Is Carried Out By The Turnkey Method. Turnkey Means That All Equipment Within The Scope Of The Project Is Delivered Together With The Necessary Design Work, Installed, Set Up, Checked, Etc. And Finally Handed Over To The Customer In Energized Form. Buildings And Facilities Are Designed And Built And Handed Over To The Customer In A Finished Form. All Delivered Equipment Must Also Be Installed And Put Into Operation By The Contractor. Tartu Substation Is Located In Tartu County, Tartu City, Ilmatsalu Street 5C. The Exact Conditions Are Set Out In The Procurement Documents.
