During The Execution Of The Order, The Following Should Be Carried Out: Design, Implementation Of Smr And Exercise Of Authors Supervision Of The Site Major Renovation Of Community Center Vasil Levski, Including Introduction Of Energy Efficiency Measures, City Of Ruse, Gh. Rodina 3 At Ibar Str., Pi 63427.5.969. The Execution Of The Public Order Includes The Activities That Are Related To The Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, Carrying Out The Necessary Construction, As Well As Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction. The Existing Building Of Community Center Vasil Levski, City Of Ruse Is Located In Quarter 784, Upi I- 4281 - For Community Center And Cultural Center According To The Regulation Plan Of The City Of Ruse And Pi 63427.5.969 According To The Cadastral Map And The Cadastral Registers, Approved With Order Rd-18-18/16.05.2007 Implementation Through Engineering Is Foreseen, Which Should Include Three Main Groups Of Activities: 1. Activities Related To The Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase For The Object, As Well As Activities Representing A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It; 2. Activities Related To The Implementation Of Authors Supervision During The Execution Of The Construction And Assembly Works (Smr) Of The Object And 3. Activities That Are Related To The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works For The Realization Of The Site. 1. The Term For The Preparation Of The Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase For The Object Is Up To 40 Calendar Days And Starts From The Date Of Providing The Initial Information Necessary For The Design. The Term Ends With Acceptance Of The Project By The Employer Without Comments. This Period Does Not Include The Time For The Coordination And Approval Of The Project By The Competent Authorities. In The Event Of Objections, The Latter Shall Be Removed By The Contractor Within A New Period Determined By The Contracting Authority. 2. The Term For The Execution Of The Construction And Installation Works On The Subject Of The Order Is Up To 180 Calendar Days (According To A Detailed Linear Schedule For The Method Of Execution). The Term Begins To Run From The Date Of Signing The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And Ends On The Date Of Signing By Both Parties Of The Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction (Act Model 15). 3. Regarding The Assigned Exercise Of Copyright Supervision - Deadline Until The Completion Of The Construction With The Signing Of The Necessary And Legally Established Acts For Its Completion - The Date Of Putting The Site/Construction Into Operation With The Issuance Of A Construction Use Permit. The Launch Of This Activity Starts From The Date Of Signing The Protocol For The Opening Of The Construction Site And Determination Of The Construction Line And Level Of Construction - According To The Model, According To Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2013 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction.
