Tenders are invited for Upgrading the Feed Mills of Chimbunila and Gurué Fencing, Water Supply and Power - SAPZ of the Pemba-Lichinga Integrated Development Corridor (Phase I) The Government of Mozambique has received financing from the African Development Bank (hereinafter called the Bank) to cover the costs for the the implementation of the of the Special AgroProcessing Zone (SAPZ) of the Pemba Lichinga Integrated Development Corridor, Phase 1. The implementing Agency of the SAPZ project (APIEX, IP) intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Upgrading the Feed Mills of Chimbunila and Gurué Fencing, Water Supply and Power. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Banks Disbursement Guidelines and Procedures for Investment Project Financing.
