The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Guy Ropes At The Observation Room In Strzegow. Type Of Building Structure - Masts, Towers (Fire Detection Facility). The Fire Detection Facility Is Located On Plot No. 264/2 In The Area Of Strzegow, Commune. Gubin. The Observation Room Is A Steel Structure Tower - The Main Structural Element Is The Tower Core In The Form Of A Pipe With A Surrounding Spiral Staircase Leading To The Observers Cabin To The Top. The Fire Lookout Is Located On Foundation Footings Directly Below The Ground Frost Zone. The Area Is At An Elevation Of 87.48 Meters Above Sea Level. No Changes In The Topography Are Planned. Current State: Guying Steel Ropes Diameter 25 From Three Directions, Two Guying Lines At Different Heights On The Guying. Guy Steel Ropes Mounted To The Shaft Via Steel Welded Pins With The Rope Wrapped Around The Pin And Secured With 6 Thimbles. To The Guy Foundation, The Rope Is Attached To A Steel Anchor Via A Pin And A Tension Screw (Turnbuckle). The Pins Are Secured With A Washer And A Cotter Pin. It Is Planned To Install New Guy Ropes Using Pins Secured With A Washer And Cotter Pins And Tensioned With The Existing Turnbuckles. Ropes With A Diameter Of Ø 25 Mm T X 19-Z-Ii-G-1340 With Rm = 1340 Mpa Or Stronger According To Pn-En 12385-1 Were Adopted: Pn-En 12385-2; Pn-En 12385-3; Pn-En 12385-10 (See Equivalence Table, Item 3), Single-Coil Rope, 19 Wires, Diameter Of One Wire 4.5 Mm. The Rope Must Be Certified In Accordance With Eurocode En 10204 (Pn-En 12385-1; Pn-En 12385-2; Pn-En 12385-3; Pn-En 12385-10). (See The Equivalence Table, Item 4). Anchor The Rope Ends On Conical Handles With A Pin, Galvanized, Type Crosby G-416 1, Catalog Number 1039735 (See The Equivalence Table, Item 5), With Holes For Pins Ø 51 Mm. In The Rope Mounting Brackets Welded To The Mast Shaft, The Holes For The Pins Have A Diameter Of Ø41 Mm, Hence The Need To Use Bronze Reduction Sleeves Ø 51/41 Mm. The Pins Are Designed To Be Used With Increased Strength S690ql. From The Side Of The Fastenings On The Shaft, Additional Elements Are Planned In The Form Of Sheets Between The Rope Pin And The Guy Anchoring Element On The Mast Shaft, Taking Into Account The Thickness Of The Sheets, The Distance Of The Hole From The Mast Shaft And The Geometry Of The Fastenings. The Choice Of Fastenings Should Correspond To The Load Capacity Of The Ropes Or Greater. Pour The Rope In The Conical Socket With An Appropriate Alloy For Pouring Rope Ends, E.G. Dm6/15 In Accordance With The Pn-Iso Standard Methods Of Pouring Steel Rope Ends. Liquid Metal For Pouring” (See Equivalence Table Item 6). The Technology Of Anchoring The End Of The Rope In The Cone (After Untangling The End Of The Rope) Should Be Carried Out By Persons With Appropriate Qualifications And Documented In The Work Acceptance Protocol. It Is Not Allowed To Pour Other Materials, E.G. Resin Materials, At The Ends Of The Rope In The Cone. All Steel Elements Should Be Hot-Dip Galvanized.
