Electricity – Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy And Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Facilities Of The State Public Works Department And Its Territorial Units Supplied With Electrical Energy. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Net Amounts Of Active Electrical Energy To The Facilities Of The State Public Utilities Commission And Its Territorial Units And The Provision Of Services By Performing Activities As A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, In Accordance With The Energy Act (Ee), Rules For Trading In Electric Energy ( Ptee ) And Rules For Measuring The Amount Of Electrical Energy (Pikee). The Purpose Of Awarding The Public Contract Is To Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of The Currently Operating Ptee, Namely The Purchase Of Electrical Energy And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period.
