Street-Lighting Equipment – ​​Supply And Installation Of Technological And Functional Equipment Within The Project Modernization Of The Public Lighting System In The Municipality Of Piatra Neamț-Stage 3-. The Technical Requirements Expressed In This Chapter Represent Minimum Requirements Regarding The Functional Characteristics/Capabilities Of The Solutions/Equipment Offered By The Participants In The Public Procurement Procedure. All Requirements Described In This Specification Are Mandatory, Bidders Must Present In Detail How The Proposed Solution Meets All The Requirements In This Specification. Bidders Must Present, Within The Technical Proposal, A Detailed Response To The Requirements Regarding The Requested Characteristics. The Requirements Of This Specification Refer To The Main Components Of The Public Lighting System To Be Implemented Within This Project, Namely:  Lighting Devices Based On Led Technology;  Clamping Arms And Bracelets With Related Elements;  The Intelligent Remote Management System For Led Lighting Devices, With The Possibility Of Individual Control Of Each Device;  Smart Sensors. In Order To Obtain A Reliable And High-Performance Lighting System, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Financing Guide And The Technical Project, The Equipment Offered Must Fully Meet The Requirements Of The Technical Data Sheets F5 Attached To This Specification, As Follows: A) Street Lighting Devices And Pedestrian With Led - The Requirements Stated In The Technical Product Sheets - Form F5 - Attached To The Specification Will Be Fully Respected. B) Remote Management System And Its Components - The Requirements Stated In The Technical Product Sheets - Form F5 - Attached To The Specification Will Be Fully Respected. C) Clamping Arms And Bracelets - The Requirements Stated In The Technical Product Sheet - Form F5 - Attached To The Specification Will Be Fully Respected. D) Radar Sensor - The Requirements Stated In The Technical Product Sheet - Form F5 - Attached To The Specification Will Be Fully Respected. E) Weather Station - The Requirements Stated In The Technical Product Sheet - Form F5 - Attached To The Specification Will Be Fully Respected. • The Documents Requested Through The Technical Sheets Must Be Presented In Romanian As Part Of The Technical Proposal. If The Original Language Of The Documents Is Other Than Romanian, Translations Issued By An Authorized Translator Will Be Presented. Failure To Comply With The Requirement Will Result In The Offer Being Considered Non-Compliant. • All The Documents Requested By The Technical Sheets Are Mandatory, The Lack Of One Or More Documents Will Result In The Offer Being Considered Non-Compliant.
