The Tender For The Remote And Interpretation Solution Is Related To The Ongoing Reform Of The States Service And Business Premises Network In The 2020S, Where The Goal Of The Project Is To Respond To The Needs Of A Rapidly Changing Operating Environment By Consolidating Business Visits To The Public Administrations Common Customer Service Points, Preserving State Services And Compacting The State Administrations Business Premises Network. The Object Of This Procurement Is The Poc And Maintenance Phase, The Production Development Phase And The First Production And Maintenance Phase Of The Remote And Interpretation Service Project Of The State Service And Office Network Renewal Project. The Option Of This Purchase Is That The Remote Service Solution Will Be Implemented Nationwide. If The Option Is Fully Realized, There Would Be An Estimated Total Of 60–90 Remote Service Points, Of Which There Would Be About 20–25 Larger L-Sized Common Service Points. The Senates Customer Control System Will Be Used In These Locations. The Realization Of The Number Of Remote Service Points Will Be Determined Tentatively At The End Of 2026. If The Option Is Implemented, The Remote Service Solution Will Probably Be Further Developed During The Expansion.
