Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services in Monitoring, Learning, and Reporting, through funding from the European Union (EU), within the project titled Civil Society Empowerment for Social Change in Jerusalem: Strengthening Grassroots Networks and Partnerships Project GENERAL CONDITIONS · The submitted offers should be in Euro, Not including VAT.
