Tenders are invited for Construction of Health Center in AL NAEEM area of AL-QURNA District, Republic of Iraq. Envelopes with Bids shall be delivered to the address specified in Tender Documentation before 03:00 p.m. (Basra time) October 10, 2024 Companies acting as Bidders shall meet the following minimal qualification requirements specified in Tender Documentation, including: a) The Bidder must have experience in completing of at least 1 (one) EPC or design and build or civil project as the main contractor in the Republic of Iraq between 2017 2023 with the contract value equal to or exceeding USD 1,000,000; b) The Bidder must have experience in at least 1 completed project related to construction of government infrastructure facilities (e.g. schools, kindergartens, hospitals/health centers) in the Republic of Iraq as a main contractor. c) The Bidder must have an average annual turnover equal to or exceeding USD 700,000 for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023.
