Tenders are invited for Procurement of Maintenance Filters - Bidder shall confirm compliance of the goods and required documentation with the requirements for the Goods specified in Tender Documentation; - Bidder shall have experience in importing of similar equipment and materials to Iraq; - Bidder shall provide all the required documents in accordance with the Tender Documentation; - Bidder shall provide valid Company ID, Chamber of Commerce ID card (for Companies/Branches registered in Iraq) issued by Iraqi Central Government; - Bidder shall provide valid General Commission for Taxes ID card and/or tax registration certificate (for Companies/Branches registered in Iraq); - Bidder shall provide valid Non-prevention letter issued by Ministry of Finance, General Commission for Taxes (for Companies/Branches registered in Iraq); - Bidder shall provide Bidders legal entity registration documents; - Bidder shall comply with the Operators HSE and security requirements; and - Bidder accepts key terms and conditions of the draft of the contract provided by the Operator under this Tender; Tender Link : https://gazpromneft-badra.com/tenders/
