The Subject Of The Order Is A/. Preparation Of A Technical Design Of A Device For Testing The Bending Strength Of Composite Sheathed Insulators Up To 6.5 Meters Long (Hereinafter Referred To As The Device) (Cpv: 42000000-6), The Technical Design Includes: Construction Drawings (Cad/Cam), Design Mechanical, Electrical Design, Hydraulic Design, Executive Design, Operation And Maintenance Manual, Risk Analysis And Assessment; B/. Construction Of The Device In Accordance With The Technical Design; C/. Delivery, Installation, Commissioning Of The Device Manufactured In Accordance With The Technical Design, And Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation Of The Device At The Ordering Partys Premises. The Device Should Have Permanent Markings Containing: Name And Address Of The Manufacturer, Type, Ce Marking, Factory Number, Year Of Production. The Order In Question Consists Of 3 Consecutive Stages: Stage 1 - Preparation And Delivery Of The Technical Design Of The Device To The Ordering Party By The Contractor; Stage 2 - Construction Of The Device And Initial Acceptance Of The Device By Representatives Of The Parties To The Contract At The Contractors Headquarters; Stage 3 - Delivery Of The Device To The Ordering Partys Headquarters In Międzylesie, Ul. Wojska Polskiego 51, Installation Of The Device And Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation Of The Device. Technical Requirements. Station, Basic Parameters: Length Of The Tested Insulator: From 3 M To 6.5 M. Maximum Diameter Of Fittings At The Ends Of The Tested Insulator: 1000Mm. Maximum Load, Force Of The Actuator: 100Kn (Vertical). Maximum Stroke Of The Actuator: 1M (Vertical). Maximum Lifting Capacity Of The Transport Device (Crane, Manipulator) For Installing The Insulator In The Device: 1 Ton. The Device Is Designed To Protect The Insulator Fittings Against Damage. A Fenced Off Danger Zone, Protected Against Possible Spatters. Fixing The Actuator Ensuring That The Force Applied Is Perpendicular To The Axis Of The Tested Insulator Or, For A Force Applied Vertically, Measuring The Deformation Of The Insulator During The Test With The Calculation Of The Component Of The Force Perpendicular To The Axis Of The Insulator. The Station Is Equipped With A Support Deflection Compensation System For Measurement Results. The Ordering Party Provides For A Space With Dimensions: Length X Width X Height: 10 M X 3 M X 4 M, Where The Device Will Be Installed. Control System: Operation Based On A Pc Computer System. Accuracy Of Measuring The Position Of The Actuator (Vertical): +/- 1 Mm. Actuator Force Measurement Accuracy: ±1% Max. Forces Of The Actuator. Software Functionality: Operator Login Using A Password. Entering The Identification Number Of The Insulator Being Tested. Entering Test Parameters: Max.
