A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz; In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Individual Tasks (Annex No. 8 To The Swz) And In The General Terms And Conditions Of The Contract (For Individual Parts, Appendices For Tasks No. 1-5 - Annex No. 5A). Workshop, Hangar And Warehouse Equipment Should Be Brand New, In The Manufacturers Packaging , Free From Technical Defects, High Quality, Suitable For Its Intended Use And In Accordance With The Parameters Specified By The Manufacturers Of The Range. Workshop, Hangar And Warehouse Equipment Should Be Manufactured In 2024; It Is Allowed To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract Manufactured In The Years 2020-2023, Provided That It Is The Latest Product Of The Manufacturer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Workshop, Hangar And Warehouse Equipment To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party - The Zlt Warehouse, Located On The Premises Of The 41St Training Aviation Base In Dęblin On Working Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays, From 8:00 - 14:00, At A Price Consistent With The Price Offer Included By The Contractor In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Delivery Will Be At The Contractors Expense. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Exact Delivery Date At Least One Day In Advance In Business Contacts. The Execution Of The Order Should Be Completed Within: Task No. 1 - 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. The Contractor Grants This Warranty In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland For A Period Of 24 Months. The Warranty Period Is Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Partys Representatives, Which Was Confirmed By The Handover Acceptance Protocol (Form Gm-20).
