Tenders Are Invited For Consultancy Services To Carry Out Final Evaluation On Project Titles Creating A Protective Community For Women, Girls, Men And Boys Through Preventing And Responding To Gender Based Violence In Pragmatic And Gender Sensitive Manner Project Objective: To Build The Psychosocial Services Provided By The Community And Strengthen The Existing Local Mediation Services Provided By The Local Authorities; To Ensure Higher Quality Service Provision To Vulnerable Individuals Affected By Gbv In 8 Districts Of 3 Provinces In Cambodia. Objectives Of The Evaluation: 1. To Evaluate The Project In Terms Of Its Effectiveness, Relevance, Efficiency, Impact And Sustainability With Focus On The Project Expected Result/Outcome Indicators. 2. To Review And Analyse The Progress Of The Project In Regards To The Defined Indicators. 3. To Identify Key Lessons Learnt And Best Practices For Future Replication Or Scale Up. 4. To Assess The Challenges And Barriers Which May Have Hindered The Project Implementation. 5. To Develop Specific Recommendations And Majors Anchored On The Conclusions Of The Different Groups Of Targeted Communities Through Their Own Recommendations And Insights. The Indicative Budget For This Consultancy Is Usd 9,400 Including Vat/Withholding Tax (Wht). This Budget Includes The ConsultantS Fee And Taxes, Any Travel And Expenses That Might Be Required For Data Collection (Depending On Proposed Methodology), And Any Costs Related To Telephone Or Skype Use, Transcriptions, Software Licenses And Office Materials.
