Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services to Develop Cybersecurity Framework, Awareness and Orientation Against this backdrop, the Government of Liberia acting through the Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA) with financing facility from its approved budget for 2024 fiscal period now seeks to receive expression of interests from experienced and professional cybersecurity firms to develop cybersecurity framework, create awareness and orientate relevant staff about cybersecurity Interested firms with relevant experience in cybersecurity are invited to submit an expression interest (EOI) to the Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA). EOI received will be vetted and pre-qualified based on the responsiveness to the Request for Expression of Interest (REQ The LTA reserves the right to reject or accept EOIs submitted and to annul the entire process at any time for reason to be communicated to firms without incurring any liability thereof.
