General Procurement Notice for provision of goods, works, non-consulting services and consulting services for the Urban Infrastructure Development Project (UIDP) The proposed Loan project will include the following components: Component 1 Wastewater treatment and Drainage (USD140 million) will support construction/rehabilitation of wastewater collection and treatment system, drainage infrastructure and flood protection dikes. Component 2 Construction of Engineered Sanitary Landfill (USD11 million) will support development of a climate resilient engineered sanitary landfill in two towns Takeo and Prey Veng. Component 3 Capacity building and project management (USD9 million) will support strengthening of institutional capacity of relevant central and local agencies for project implementation and operation & maintenance of infrastructure assets. It will also support Project management, monitoring and evaluation, supervision and maintenance of infrastructure investments.
