With This Procurement, Service Providers Are Being Sought For The Occupational And Organizational Safety Development Pool. The Procurement Applies To All Industries And Business Establishments In The City Of Jyväskylä. The Goal Is To Provide, Through Centralized Security Development Services, Coaching And Training Aimed At Industries And Services, As Well As Personnel And Supervisors, Customized Support For Security Situations And Risk Assessment, Management Consulting, And Evaluation And Auditing Services Of Security Practices. The Service Provider Will Work In The Occupational Safety Development Activities Of The City Of Jyväskylä As A Partner In The Development Of Industries, Service Units And Work Communities. The Service Is Mainly The Development Of Work Community Operations And Processes Aimed At Work Communities, Management And Supervisors. The Service Is Customized On The Basis Of The Needs Arising In The Working Communities And The Documents Guiding The Citys Operations. The Selected Operators Must Support And Help Work Communities According To Needs In All Phases Of The Occupational Safety Project: Identifying Needs And Root Causes, Planning And Implementing Development Measures, Giving Possible Recommendations And Evaluating Results.
