The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Perform Construction Works For The Ordering Party Consisting In The Modernization And Retrofitting Of Diagnostic Laboratories (Laboratory) Cooperating With The Emergency Department, Which Are Organizational Units Of The District Hospital. The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Order Will In Particular Be Carried Out In The Scope Of: 1) Execution Of Demolition Works; 2) Execution Of Electrical Installation Works; 3) Replacement Of Luminaires With Led Ones; 4) Execution Of Plastering Works; 5) Execution Of A Pvc Floor Covering ;6) Execution Of Insulation Works;7) Execution Of Painting Works;8) Execution Of Modernization Of The Laboratory It Network;9) Execution Of Pneumatic Mail Between The Emergency Department And The Laboratory;10) Execution Of A Ii Safety Class Laminar Chamber; In Accordance With The Presented Schedule For The Sequence Of Construction Works, In Rooms Marked On The Plan, Which Constitutes Annex No. 7 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb, Which Constitutes Annex No. After Completing The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: 11) Tests And Inspections Required By Law, As Well As An As-Built Inventory Of All Works Performed. 3.
