Request for proposals are invited for EPCC for New FCR Building at AGN Degassing Station Project Bid bond: US$ 27,000.00 (US Dollars Twenty Seven Thousand Only), The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope Tender Fee Amount 100 USD The Bidder must have valid English version ISO Certificates including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (or OHSAS 18001). Equivalent Certificates from a Parent Company or the Same Group are not acceptable. ISO Certificates must be issued by a valid certification agency accredited by any accreditation body member under the IAF Multilateral Recognition Arrangement. 11) The BIDDER or BIDDERs Subcontractor shall have similar experience of Engineering Design in Civil Work, Infrastructure, or Oil and Gas Projects with the Supporting Documents and Company Profile. 12) The BIDDERs accumulated Contract amount in past seven (7) years for Civil Work, or Infrastructure, or Oil and Gas Projects shall be no less than 1.5 million USD amount with supporting documents. The supporting documents of the contracts must have been signed during certain period that from this bidding announcement date minus 7 years, to the bidding announcement date. 13) The BIDDER shall have at least 1 million USD amount for one Single Contract in past seven (7) years for Civil Work, or Infrastructure, or Oil and Gas Projects with supporting document. The supporting documents of the contracts must have been signed during certain period that from this bidding announcement date minus 7 years, to the bidding announcement date. 14) The Contractor must pass the Past Performance Evaluation Criteria at MISSAN Oilfield, where only Bidders with Accepted Past Performance Records, as well as New Bidders to the MISSAN Oilfield, shall be considered qualified. Note: All necessary and valid supporting documents (Including Contract Cover Page, Signature Page, Total Amount, Completion Support Documents, etc.) shall be submitted to prove the Bidders compliance with the above-mentioned essential evaluation criteria.
