On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop And In Connection With Art. 7 Of The Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Will Assign The Execution Of The Supplies Under Separate Item No. 2 And Separate Item No. 6 In The Order Of Their Individual Value - Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of Zop. The Separation Of These Positions Was Carried Out In The Presence Of The Required Conditions, According To The Provision Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop. In Implementation Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Ppa, The Residual Value (Being An Estimated Value For The Remaining 4 Separate Items - In The Amount Of Bgn 145,000 Excluding Vat, Given Their Size And The Total Value Of The Order, Is Awarded With This Public Procurement By Conducting An Open Procedure Under The Ppa.
