The Scope Of Work During The Execution Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular: - Disassembly Of The Elevator, - Installation Of A New Elevator, - Installation Of A New Entrance Door, - Masonry Works, - Replacement Of Floors, - Construction Of Plasterboard Casings, - Construction Supplementary Plasters, - Painting Works, - Electrical Works, - Loading And Removal Of Waste. A) Replacement Of The Lift: - Disassembly Of The Elevator, - Installation Of A New Elevator, B) Masonry Works: - Execution Of Masonry Works, Partition Walls, Bricking Up Openings And Additions In Existing Walls, - Making Lintels In The Holes, C) Demolition Works: - Dismantling The Passenger Elevator, - Dismantling Walls, - Dismantling Floors, D) Painting Works: - Internal And External Painting: Preparing The Substrate And Applying Paint Coatings, E) Electrical Works: - Laying And Assembly Of Electrical Installation Elements (Laying Cables And Wires, Installation Of Accessories And Fixtures) ,F) All Other Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. 3. Additional Requirements Regarding The Operation Of The Elevator: A) The Elevator Should Be Equipped With Voice Information, B) The Elevator Should Be Adapted For People With Disabilities, C) The Elevator Should Stop For Residents Only On The Second Floor Of The Building From The Time Set By The Ordering Party (From 3 P.M.); Entry To Other Floors Only Using A Code Or An Appropriate Card). 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order, Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Was Determined By: A) Design With Annexes, B) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (For Individual Industries), C) Bills Of Quantities Together With Zero Cost Estimates - Constituting An Integral Part Of This Swz.5.
