1. Subject Of The Order: Task Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. The Above-Mentioned Task Will Be Implemented Through The Investment Titled : Construction Of A 1.5Mwp Photovoltaic Installation Located On Public Buildings - The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center And The Municipal Cultural Center - Along With Accompanying Infrastructure, Including: Technical Building For Energy Storage, Technical Building For Heat Buffers And Technical Building For Cogeneration On Plot No. 166/5, 166/55, 166/56, 166/60, 166/62, 166/63, 166/68, 166/74 , 166/75, 166/76, 166/77, 166/86, 166/103 Rev. 1 In Dębica, Implemented In The Design And Build System. The Investment In Question Is Planned To Include: • Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels On The Buildings Of The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center (Ice Rink And Swimming Pools) And The Municipal Cultural Center • Construction Of A Technical Building For Thermal Buffers Along With The Necessary Installations• Construction Of A Technical Energy Storage Building• Construction Of A Cogeneration Building• Execution Of The Necessary Technological Installations And Other Necessary Works Necessary To Complete The Investment. It Is Planned To Install Photovoltaic Panels On The Mosir-U Building (Ice Rink + Swimming Pools) - With A Power Of Approximately P=1000Kw; On The Mok Building - With A Power Of Approximately 500 Kw. Parameters: Photovoltaic Installation Power: 1.5 Mwp, Energy Storage Size: 250 Kh/100 Kw Cogeneration System: 50 Kw, Expandable To 200 Kw Thermal Buffers: 4 Pieces With A Capacity Of Approximately 5 M3 Each, Together With The Construction Of A Technological Duct To The Existing Basements Of The Building, In Which 10-14 Heat Pumps With A Unit Power Of 30 Kw Will Be Installed. The Cogeneration System Will Be Powered By The Existing Gas Infrastructure, While The Electric Cogenerator Of The Mentioned System Will Be Connected To The Internal Power Grid Of Mosir Facilities . The Cogeneration System Must Include A Gas Engine That Drives An Electric Generator, The Whole Thing Will Be Controlled By A Dedicated Control System That Will Enable The Master Controller To Take Over Control. The Entire Power Infrastructure Will Be Controlled Using Full Automation And Managed From The Ip Level In Order To First Cover Own Needs, Then Implement The Zero Export Strategy (In This Case Using Energy Storage And Devices Limiting Energy Flow) Or To Transfer Surpluses Energy Yields To The Power Grid At The Power Level According To Technical Conditions.
