1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Passenger Lift With Access For Disabled People, Together With Accompanying Works In The Building At Ul. Okopowa 21/27 In Gdańsk, Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Consist In Particular In: Delivery And Installation Of A Passenger Lift With Access For Disabled People. After Completing The Task, As-Built Documentation Must Be Prepared And A Decision From The Office Of Technical Inspection Permitting Operation Must Be Obtained.3. The Scope Of Work Related To The Installation Of The Crane Includes, Among Others: Works Such As: - Review Of The Technical Condition Of The Existing Shaft, Including A Technical Assessment Of The Existing Shaft And Issuing A Declaration Before The Commencement Of Work That Its Condition Allows The Installation Of A New Lift; - Dismantling Of The Existing Lift And Disposal; - Waterproofing Of The Shaft Base; - Delivery And Installation Of A Passenger (Through) Elevator Adapted To Transport Disabled People In A Wheelchair With An Accompanying Person, While The Elevator Stops Should Be Adapted To The Existing Floor Levels; - Necessary Works Related To The Adaptation Of Electrical Installations; - Preparation Of As-Built And Acceptance Documentation Necessary To Put The Lift Into Operation And All Accompanying Works; - Adaptation Of Door Openings On Each Floor To The New Lift; - Granite Stone Cladding Of The Door Recesses For The New Lift; The Scope Of Works Accompanying The Installation Of The New Lift Will Include: - Replacement Of The Floor At The Entrance To The Lift In The Ground Floor (Vestibule), - Installation Of A Suspended Ceiling With Lighting, - Construction Of A Partition Wall From The Board, - Replacement Of External And Internal Doors, - Leveling Of Defects And Unevenness ( By Using Gypsum Plaster), - Finishing The Surface Of The Walls Of The Vestibule And The Corridor Next To The Lift, By Painting, Installing A Mirror And Panels. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree On The Type And Color Of Materials And Devices, And Then Obtain Approval From The Ordering Party. 5. Delivery And Assembly Of The Crane Along With Associated Works Will Take Place In An Active Facility. The Possibility Of Collision-Free Operation Of The Office During The Performance Of Work Should Be Taken Into Account And Ensured. The Work Carried Out Cannot Have Any Negative Impact On The Work Of People Working In The Facility Or Of Customers. Noisy Works Should Be Carried Out In Consultation With The Ordering Party - After The Offices Opening Hours. Some Of The Works That Are Problematic For The Functioning Of The Office Will Be Performed After Consultation With The Ordering Party During The Offices Free Time (Weekends, Afternoons, Evenings, Nights). 6.
