1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Dental Materials For Fillings.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. It Is Not Allowed To Submit Offers That Do Not Cover All Items Of The Order. Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: The Procedure Constituting The Subject Of This Order Is Usually Of Interest And Is Carried Out By Entrepreneurs Constituting Small Or Medium-Sized Enterprises. Therefore, Dividing The Contract Into Parts Is Not Necessary (Reasonable). It Should Also Be Noted That The Issue Of Divisibility Of The Provision Is Not Regulated In The Public Procurement Law (Pzp), Therefore, In Accordance With Art. 8(1) Of The Public Procurement Law - The Ordering Party Shall Apply The Provisions Of The Civil Code In This Respect, In Particular Art. 379 § 2 Performance Is Divisible If It Can Be Partially Fulfilled Without A Significant Change In Its Object Or Value.
