In This Sense, The Contracting Authority Has The Right During The Term Of The Contract Not To Declare In Full The Given Estimated Quantity Of The Relevant Type Of Heating Device, As Well As To Declare Supplies Of Types Of Heating Devices After Reaching The Estimated Quantities Specified For Them, Until Reaching The Total Maximum Value Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Accepts And Pays Only The Quantities That It Has Requested And Which Have Been Fulfilled Within The Terms And Under The Terms Of The Contract.
