It Includes: - A Share Of Purchase Orders On A Scale Allowing The Supply Of: • Iso Standard Life Jackets; • Associated Logistics Services: Consumables And Specific Tools; • Nti2 And 3 Level Maintenance Training Services For State Workshop Staff; • Documentary And Engineering Services; - A Portion Of Orders For Contingencies Intended To Cover Supplies Or Maintenance Services Not Known On The Date Of Notification Of The Framework Agreement. These Materials Are Intended To Equip Armed Forces Personnel. The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement Is €3,800,000 Excluding Tax. Conditions Relating To The Contract: Essential Financing And Payment Terms And/Or References To The Texts Which Regulate Them: Payments Are Made By Transfer With A Maximum Payment Deadline Of 30 Days In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L. 2392-10 And R. 2392-10 Of The Public Procurement Code, Or By The Purchasing Card In Accordance With Article R. 2392-13 Of The Ccp And Decree No. 2004-1144 Of October 26, 2004.
