Prior Information Notice For Cafeteria Services – Outsourcing Of Oulu University Hospitals Cafeteria Services / License Agreement. In Accordance With The Transformation Vision Of The Future Hospital Oys 2030, Oys Is The Smartest Hospital In The World, Where The Latest Technology, Modern Facilities And Up-To-Date Know-How Meet, Thus Ensuring Efficient, Effective And The Best Care In The World. Meetings In The Hospitals Cafeterias And Seamless Cooperation With All The Hospitals Stakeholders Are Also Closely Related To A Smooth Service Path And A Positive Customer Experience. The Hospital Treats Approximately 250,000 Patients Annually And Is The Workplace Of Almost 7,000 People. When Patients Escorts, Visitors And Students Are Included In The Customer Flow, We Get Quite A Large Number Of Potential Customers. Currently, The Annual Turnover Of The Cafes Is Approx. €1,300,000, Including Order Catering. Distribution Of The Annual Turnover At Coffee Shop Neilika Has Been Approx. 13% Of The Salad Line, Approx. 67% Of Cafe Services And Approx. 20% Of Order Serving. The Number Of Order Servings Is Approx. 50,000 Each Year, The Number Varies. The Meal And Cleaning Services Of The North Ostrobothnia Welfare Area Will Tender For The Lease Agreement And Business License Agreement Model For Cafe Aurora And Cafe Neilika, Located In The A And N Buildings Of The Oys Hospital, In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And Its Appendices. There Are A Total Of Approx. 170 Customer Places In The Cafes, 90 In Aurora And 79 In Neilika. Located In Building A Of The New Building, Aurora Has 262.1 M2 Of Customer Space, Of Which 167.9 M2 Is Leased To The Service Provider Under A Right Of Use Agreement. The Total Surface Area Of Kahvila Neilika Is 196.9 M2, And The Leased Area Under The Right-Of-Use Agreement Is 111.9 M2. A Separate Lease Agreement Will Be Made For Both Cafes. The Determination Of The Rent Is Based On A Fixed Base Rent, In Addition To Which The Provider Gives A Price For The Turnover-Related Additional Rent. Turnover Must Be Able To Verify The Selected Service Providers Accounting So-Called On The Open Books Principle. The Estimated Start Date Of The License Agreement And Service Operations Is Between November 1, 2024 And January 1, 2025. The Exact Start Date Will Be Agreed With The Selected Service Provider. The Lease/Contract Period Is 5 Years From The Start Of The Contract. The Current Personnel Working In The Cafeteria Services Will Be Transferred Separately To The Service Of The Service Provider Selected In The Tender By Transfer Of Business As Part Of The Arrangement Based On The Tender. The Amounts Of Turnover And Customers Stated In The Request For Quotation Are Estimated Amounts For The Procurement Period, Which The Orderer Does Not Commit To. Amounts May Vary. Additional Information The Premises Of The Objects To Be Competed For Will Be Presented To Bidders On 30 August 2024 At 9–10 Am. The Tenderer Must Register For The Target Rounds By 15:30 On 26 August 2024 By Email To [email protected]. 1–2 People/Company Can Participate In The Presentation Round, And Participation In Them Is Voluntary.
