Prequalifications are invited for Equipping De-Martino Hospitals New Emergency and Trauma Center The scope of this RFP includes the procurement, purchase, delivery, and install of medical equipments. A. Medical equipment and Devices: v The Bill of Quantities (BOQs) provided by the Office Qatar charity contains the minimum specification that is required for the item. As per the terms of the agreement, the contractor/vendor is required to provide comprehensive details of the item being quoted for, including the brochure and specifications. This information should be included in the quotation provided by the contractor/vendor. v for any medical equipment or devices that quoted, the price should include both installation and maintenance services for a period of no less than 12 months. To ensure that the equipment will be properly set up and maintained for at least half a year after purchase. Also, its required from the vendor to be able to supply spare parts of the medical devices and equipment for a period of 6 years. v Training the hospitals medical staff on operating the devices.
