Electrical Industry: • Lighting Installation, • Extension Of The Fire Alarm Installation, • Lightning Protection Installation, Sanitary Industry: • Reconstruction Of The Rainwater Drainage System, • Reconstruction Of The External Gas Installation, • Rework Of The Central Heating System, • As-Built Surveying Inventory On The Date Of Final Acceptance Of Construction Works. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Technical Documentation (Annex No. 5A-5F To The Swz), Which Consists Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities (Annex No. 7 To The Swz). Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature And Are Used To Illustrate The Scale Of Construction Works, And Are Intended To Help Contractors Estimate The Costs Of The Order. 3. The Materials Incorporated And Delivered By The Contractor Should Have Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party Or The Supervision Inspector, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present: A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or A Technical Approval For The Indicated Materials.4. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract From Its Own Materials. 5. The Required Warranty Period For The Works Performed (Materials And Labor) Is At Least 2 Years From The Date Of Receipt Of The Construction Works By The Ordering Party And Signing The Final Protocol. 6. If At Any Point In The Swz And In Its Annexes, I.E. The Design - Technical Descriptions And Drawings, Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Manufacturers Name, Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials Or Devices Are Indicated Used To Perform This Order - Everywhere The Ordering Party Adds The Word Or Equivalent.7. The Ordering Party Informs That When Specifying The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trade Names, It Also Allows For Any Market Equivalents Not Worse Than Those Indicated.
