The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of Existing Crushed Stone Surfaces By Profiling Them - Included In The Price Of Laying The Reclaimed Layer; 2) Supplementing The Foundation With Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate Of 31.5 - 63 Mm Fraction For Road Fragments With A Ground Surface - Remuneration According To Offer Price;3) Delivery, Laying And Compacting, Using A Road Roller, On Indicated Roads With A Crushed Stone Surface In The Nadarzyn Commune, Of Reclaimed Mineral And Asphalt Masses With Waste Code 17 03 02, Resulting From Works Related To Direct Milling Of The Layer Abrasive Asphalt (Recycling Recovery);4) One-Time Surface Consolidation Using Asphalt Emulsion And Basalt Grit 3 - 5 Mm;5) Alternatively, Laying A Layer Of Medium-Thickness Sma Masses. 5 Cm;6) Construction Of Roadsides From Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Stone Aggregate, Fraction 4 - 31.5 Mm Thick. 7 Cm Along With The Removal Of Bushes Up To 10 Percent Of The Area;7) Preparatory And Cleaning Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And Putting The Road Into Operation After The Completion Of The Works - Included In The Price Of The Roadsides;8) Collection From The Mzdw Otwock - Piaseczno Area And Transport To Your Own Landfill And Mechanical Processing (Segregation, Grinding) 974 Tons Of Reclaimed Mineral-Asphalt Mass With Waste Code 17 03 02, Resulting From Work Related To The Direct Milling Of The Asphalt Wear Layer (Recycling Recovery). The Minimum Length Of One Pavement Section Will Be 50 M Wide (On One Section It Was Between 3.5 And 5 M). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For Destruction Resulting From The Crushing Of Slabs Cut From The Asphalt Surface And Lumps Obtained From The Slabs. Reclaimed Asphalt Should Have No Admixture Of Foreign Materials, Including No Base Made Of Natural Or Artificial Aggregates. The Thickness Of The Pavement Layer After Compaction Is Not Less Than 9 Cm. The Work Should Be Performed In Favorable Weather Conditions. Before Laying The Reclaimed Surface, The Existing Crushed Stone Surface Should Be Profiled With A 2% Slope On Both Sides. A 10 Cm Thick Layer Of Reclaimed Material Should Be Placed On The Prepared Surface And Compacted With 15 Mg Rollers. After Laying The Layer Of Reclaimed Material, The Roadside Should Be Shaped And Stabilized With Crushed Aggregate 0/31.5 Mm At A Width Of 0.5 M, Compacted And With A Slope Of 4 - 6%, And The Adjacent Area Should Be Tidied Up.
