1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Building Of The Social Welfare Center Located In Sulęcin At Ul. Stefana Żeromskiego 71 On Plot No. Register 233. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: 1) Repair Works Related To The Removal Of Biological Hazards: A) Demolition Of The Attic Floor And The Ceiling Above The Ground Floor In The Support Zone Of The Ceiling Beams, Removal Of Internal Plaster In The Ceiling Strip And Reconstruction; B) Demolition Of The Ceiling Structure Above The Ground Floor And The Attic Floor In The Shower Room; C) Demolition Of The Elbow Wall In The Storage Room On The First Floor; D) Remove And Dispose Of All Finishing Elements With Fungal Growth Forms (Mycelium, Mycelial Cords, Fruiting Bodies), Cut Out Damaged Parts Of The Floor And Ceiling For The Next A Ceiling Beam On Which No Fungus Was Found; In The Place Of Fungal Growth On The Walls, Clean (After Removing The Plaster) Using Steel Brushes; E) Biocidal Impregnation On Healthy, Left Structural Elements, Floor And Ceiling Formwork And On The Walls; F) Reconstruction Of Structural Elements By Making A Connection With The Introduced New Wooden Element .2) Repair Works Related To The Consolidation Of The Masonry Structure (External, Internal And Cleaning And Painting Of The Facade). 3) Other Works Related To The Repairs Performed (Reconstruction Of Plasters, Insulation, Floors, Painting And Other Works In Accordance With The Expert Opinion). Note - This Order Does Not Include Waterproofing Of The Basement, Which Is Included In The Technical Report As Other Repair Works. However, The Repair Of The Roof Around The Windows Is Included In The Expert Opinion And Should Be Performed Despite The Lack Of An Item In The Bill Of Quantities.
