1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Part Of The Street Lighting In Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski Consisting Of The Replacement Of 1,350 Pieces Of Lighting Fixtures.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Purchase And Delivery Of New Lighting Fixtures, - Dismantling Works With Disposal Of Used Lighting Fixtures, - Assembly Works Of Lighting Fixtures.3. The Modernization Of Street Lighting In Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski Will Be Carried Out In Two Stages: Stage I - Modernization Of At Least 710 Existing Lighting Points In Terms Of Replacing The Fixtures With Led Fixtures, Covering At Least 50% But Not More Than 60% Of The Financial Advancement Of The Works. Stage Ii - The Remaining Scope , Not Completed In Stage I. The Contractor Undertakes In Particular To: 1) Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Technical Standards, Regulations And To The Extent, Date And Principles Specified In The Swz Together With Annexes And The Contractors Offer, 2) Perform Delivery, Disassembly And Installation Of Luminaires In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party, 3) Carrying Out Electrical Tests And Measurements Required By Law Or Other Tests Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, 4) Developing Technical As-Built Documentation, 5) Maintaining Order In The Places Where The Works Are Being Performed, 6) Carrying Out The Necessary Activities To Secure The Places Work So That The Work Is Performed Safely. Lighting Fixtures Should Be Installed On Separate Lighting Poles And On Pge Dystrybucja S A Poles. Work On Pge Poles Should Be Carried Out In Consultation With The Energy District In Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Supplements And Clarifies The Provisions Of The Scope Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting The Basis For The Preparation Of The Offer By The Contractor.
