The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide, In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To July 31, 2025, Transport Services And Care During The Transport Of Disabled Children Residing In The Jeleśnia Commune To Educational Institutions In Żywiec, I.E.: - To The Rehabilitation And Education Center At Ul. Witosa 3: 6 Children From The Following Towns: Sopotnia Wielka (2 People), Krzyżowa (1 Person), Przyborów (1 Person), Pewel Wielka (1 Person) And Sopotnia Mała (1 Person). - To The Special Educational And Upbringing Center At Street Kopernika 77:6 Children From The Following Towns: Korbielów (1 Person), Krzyżówki (1 Person), Przyborów (1 Person), Jeleśnia (2 People) And Mutne (1 Person).2. As Part Of The Order: A. Transport Includes Transport And Collection Of The Child From The Place Of Residence To The Educational Institution And From The Educational Institution To The Place Of Residence, As Well As Providing Care During The Journey.B. Children Will Be Transported On School Days, In Accordance With The Organization Of School Activities In The 2024/2025 School Year.C. The Service Covered By This Order Must Be Provided By Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport Disabled Children, I.E.
