The Dlr Institute For Test And Simulation For Gas Turbines In Augsburg-Göggingen Researches New Engine Technologies By Coupling Numerical And Experimental Methods To Validate Innovative Solution Approaches. The Technical Challenges Are High Speeds, High Temperatures, High Pressure Conditions And The Associated Complex Load Spectrums Of The Engine Components In Conjunction With Increased Service Life Requirements. For The “New Construction Of The Hall For Rotor Test Stands And The Mtcv Hall”, A Feasibility Study, Which Is Attached To This Vgv Tender As Tender Document G_Plan And Information Documents, Was Carried Out With Two Different Variants. Variant 1 Was Further Developed After Selection. The New Building/Extension Dlr Sg That Is The Subject Of The Tender Will Be Built In The Vicinity Of The Institutes New Building. The Construction Of The Hall For Rotary Test Stands And The Mtcv Hall Is Oriented Along The East-West Access Axis Of The Campus And The New Research Avenue. The Building Will Be Positioned On The Southern Part Of The Property. The Urban Planning Concept Envisages Main Traffic Access Via A Street To The South. The Location Of The Two New Halls Creates New Space For Research And Enables New Synergies Between Research And Industry. The Extension Building Will Be Accessible On Foot From The South, And Access And Delivery Will Also Be From The South. The Internal Access Takes Place Via The Connecting Building. While The Hallway On The Ground Floor Serves As A Path Connection And Distributor Between The Front Building And The Hall, The Accessible Media Hallway On The First Floor Is Used To Supply The Hall With Technical Supplies. The Two Halls Are Combined Into One Building And Structured Clearly And Simply. The New Building Can Be Divided Into Two Clearly Visible Areas, These Are The Two Test Halls And The Technology Block.
