Tenders Are Invited For Safety And Health Coordination Missions (Project Phase And Implementation Phase) For Various Repair, Maintenance And Modernization Work Contracts For The Infrastructure And Electromechanical Equipment Along The Roads Managed By The Brussels-Capital Region.

This Framework Agreement Is A Service Contract Which Relates To The Safety And Health Coordination Mission As Provided For By The Law Of August 4, 1996 Relating To The Well-Being Of Workers During The Execution Of Their Work And Its Modifications. Subsequent Orders As Well As By The Royal Decree Of January 25, 2001, As Amended, Concerning Temporary Or Mobile Construction Sites, For Various Contracts For Repair, Maintenance And Modernization Works Of The Infrastructure And Electromechanical Equipment Along The Roads Managed By The Brussels-Capital Region. For This Mission, The Successful Bidder Is Responsible For The Roles Of Project Coordinator And Implementation Coordinator Such As Those Covered By The Legislation And Regulations Above. This Coordinator Will Be A Level.
