Epinal Habitat Plans To Undertake Work To Rehabilitate Around 200 Vacant Housing Units (Maximum 250), Located Throughout Epinal, As Well As Common Areas Of The Buildings Concerned (Entrance Hall And Stairwell). These Interior Works Will Be The Subject Of A Single Lot Bringing Together Several Trades (Electricity, Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, Flexible Floors, Etc.), Which Will Be Handled In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Paid At Unit Prices And Not Under The Form Of A Fixed Price Market. This Is Not Rehabilitation Work, But One-Off Work Necessary To Put Housing That Had Been Removed From The Rental Market Back Onto The Rental Market: In Certain Cases It May Involve Repainting, In Other Cases Replacement Of Equipment, Etc. .
