Tenders Are Invited For Major Repair And Restoration Of The House Of Ilia Tiankov - Stage 1

The Municipality Of Chirpan Has Prepared An Investment Project For The Major Repair And Restoration Of Ilia Tyankovs House. According To The Issued Construction Permit No. 102/14.12.2022, Order No. 24/20.09.2023 And Order No. 30 Dated 13.10.2023 Of The Chief Architect Of Chirpan Municipality, The Site Is Divided Into The Following Stages Of Implementation: Stage 1 – Roofing Works, Waterproofing On Superstructure Walls And Drainage; Stage 2 – Facade Works, External Windows And Interior Works; Stage 3 – Park Planning And Landscaping. The Goal Of The Project Is The Restoration And Conservation Of The Following Elements Of The Building Roof: Foundations Of The Building; Facades; Joinery; Interior Finishing Works. The Technical Project Was Developed In The Following Project Parts: Architecture, Sc, Water And Drainage, Geodesy And Parking. The Site Is A Cultural Monument Of National Importance. The Purpose Of The Conservation And Restoration Works Is To Restore The Building To Its Authentic Form, To Remove The Damage To It And To Ensure The Good And Stable Condition For A Longer Period Of Time. The Subject Of The Current Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of Stage 1 – Roofing Works, Waterproofing On Superstructure Walls And Drainage. The Contracting Authority Publishes In The Order File In The Electronic File The Entire Prepared Investment Project In All Its Parts, Together With The Explanatory Notes And Drawings, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
